We combine our family's machining capabilities with long-term Asian partner factories to provide CNC turning, milling and Swiss-type turn-mill work. Material, geometry, quantity and inspection requirements determine which operations our family factory handles and which complementary processes are assigned to partners.

We are a factory-backed manufacturing partner. Manufacturing is our core, rooted in our family-owned machining factory in Dadu, Taichung, Taiwan. Our family factory was founded in 1973 by the first generation. The second generation took over in 1984, followed by the third generation in 2022, which continues to lead the business today. Across three generations, we have grown alongside Taiwan's industrial development: from light industry, handicrafts and textiles, through hand tools and pneumatic tools, to today's AI-related components. This manufacturing heritage informs how we understand your part and plan its manufacture. ElixirFab was established separately as a foreign-trade company to give overseas customers a dedicated commercial and technical contact. We combine our family's manufacturing capabilities with Asian partners for complementary processes, coordinating your project from drawing review and quotation through production and delivery. Each quotation confirms where work will be performed and the manufacturing, inspection and contracting responsibilities.

Start with a PDF drawing and, when available, a STEP model. Include revision, material, quantity, critical tolerances, finish, target date, delivery destination and required records. Send attachments by email; contact us first if an NDA is required.

Yes. Share non-confidential photos, the application and the problem to solve. We first identify what must be measured, designed or clarified. Reverse engineering and design work are scoped separately when needed.

For Swiss-type machining, special tolerances of ±0.01 to ±0.002 mm (≈±0.0004 to ±0.0001 in) can be assessed on individual critical dimensions. Inch references use four decimal places; tolerances follow the original mm values. Part size and achievable tolerances are confirmed before quotation against material, geometry, process and inspection requirements. Tighter tolerances usually increase machining and inspection costs. Apply them to functional fits, locating and sealing features, and use the drawing's agreed general tolerances elsewhere so your budget goes to the features that matter.

Steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, brass, titanium and engineering plastics can be discussed. Grade, condition, treatment specification and material records are checked with the selected factory. Availability is confirmed per project.

Both can be assessed. Minimum quantities, setup costs, sample timing and production lead time depend on the part and factory. The quotation states the sample approval and production release conditions.

Before ordering, agree on critical features, inspection methods, sampling, acceptance criteria and the required records. The assigned manufacturing and inspection partners provide the agreed evidence; ElixirFab coordinates technical questions and open issues.

Tell us the exact certification, material traceability and report requirements at inquiry. We verify them with the proposed factory before committing. A material choice or industry application alone does not establish regulatory compliance.

ElixirFab is your technical and delivery coordination window. The quotation identifies the contracting and invoicing parties, manufacturing and inspection scope, shipping terms, import responsibilities and acceptance conditions for the project.

Contact us before sending confidential files. NDA terms and any onward sharing with manufacturing partners are agreed before those files are exchanged.

Identify the changed drawing revision and affected quantities. We coordinate the impact on cost, stock, tooling, inspection and timing, then confirm approval before the changed work proceeds.

Yes. Send the diameter, full-depth geometry, thread standard/class, access and burr requirements. We assess tooling, workholding and inspection with a suitable partner. Minimum hole/thread sizes and one-setup feasibility are drawing-specific; no universal limit is promised.

Anodizing, plating, passivation, black oxide, heat treatment, deburring, polishing and grinding can be assessed as part of the supply scope. Specify the process standard, thickness or hardness, masking, final dimensions and records. The actual partner and operation sequence are confirmed before acceptance.

Only when explicitly agreed. State full-dimensional first article, 100% inspection, sampling frequency, PPAP or capability-study requirements at inquiry. We confirm partner qualifications, methods, records and cost; routine sample approval does not automatically include these items.

Both require review. Buyer-supplied stock needs an agreed condition, identification, usable quantity and responsibility for scrap or rejected stock. An alternative grade is proposed with supporting information for buyer approval; similar trade names or cross-reference tables alone do not authorize substitution.
