17-4 PH Stainless Steel
Precipitation-hardening stainless steel
We machine 17-4 PH stainless steel parts to your drawing. Specify the heat-treatment condition and final hardness so machining, treatment and inspection can be planned together.
ELIXIRFAB / MATERIALS & SPECIALTY ALLOYS
Aluminum, stainless steel, steel, brass, copper, titanium, PEEK, nylon and zinc alloys.
We machine common metals, engineering plastics, 17-4 PH, Duplex Stainless Steel and Alloy C22. Share your drawing so we can confirm the exact grade, heat-treatment condition, material records and supply route.
Illustration only. Confirm material grade and condition from specifications and material records.
SPECIALTY MATERIALS / CNC MACHINING
We machine 17-4 PH stainless steel, Duplex Stainless Steel and Alloy C22. Align the drawing, material condition and final inspection to build the right machining route for your part.
Precipitation-hardening stainless steel
We machine 17-4 PH stainless steel parts to your drawing. Specify the heat-treatment condition and final hardness so machining, treatment and inspection can be planned together.
Exact duplex grade specified on the drawing
Duplex Stainless Steel machining is available for drawing-specified grades. Confirm the exact grade and supply condition so the selected factory can plan tooling, workholding and inspection for the part.
UNS N06022 · Nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy
We machine Alloy C22 parts with the material specification, supply condition and acceptance requirements defined on the drawing. Confirm certificates before selecting stock; a trade name alone does not authorize substitution.

Request a QuoteBacked by our family's machining factory in Dadu, Taichung, ElixirFab combines manufacturing capability with complementary Asian partner processes and one technical and delivery coordination contact for overseas customers.
Capacity, achievable tolerances, inspection equipment, quantity and lead time are confirmed against your drawing and the selected factory before quotation.
These are inquiry examples, not a stocked-material inventory, an equivalence table or a guarantee that every partner machines every grade. Exact supply form, condition and feasibility are confirmed before quotation.
| Family | Grade Examples | Review Points |
|---|---|---|
| Stainless steels | SUS303, SUS304, 304L, SUS316, 316L, SUS416, SUS430F, SUS440C, SUS630. | Exact standard and grade, corrosion/service environment, hardness/heat-treatment condition and traceability. Similar grade names are not automatic substitutes. |
| 17-4 PH stainless steel | 17-4 PH with the specified heat-treatment condition. | Available for machining. Confirm the governing material specification, starting condition, heat-treatment sequence and final hardness against the drawing. |
| Duplex Stainless Steel | Drawing-specified Duplex Stainless Steel grades. | Available for machining. Duplex is a material family: confirm the exact grade, supply condition, stock form and machining requirements before quotation. |
| Nickel alloys | Alloy C22 (UNS N06022) to the drawing's material specification. | Available for machining. Agree on the specification, supply condition, geometry, quantity and required material certificates; trade names are not automatic substitutes. |
| Carbon & free-machining steels | S15C, S45C, 1144, 1215, 12L14. | Delivery condition, mechanical requirements, corrosion protection and any lead/content restrictions. Do not substitute a free-machining grade without approval. |
| Alloy & bearing steels | SCM415, SCM435, SCM440, SNCM220, SNCM439, SUJ2, 6150; other grades by review. | Specified material standard, starting condition, case/through-hardening requirements, final hardness and distortion control. |
| Tool steels | SKD11, SKD61, S2, SK4, S7. | Wear or impact requirements, heat-treatment specification, grinding allowance and final inspection stage. |
| Aluminum alloys | 2011, 2017, 5052, 6061, 6063, 7075. | Alloy plus temper and stock form, strength/appearance priorities, anodizing requirements and thin-wall geometry. |
| Copper, brass & bronze | C1100, C3601, C3604, C36000, C5191, C6801, C6802, BC-6. | Governing grade standard, conductivity or bearing/contact function, composition restrictions, deburring and plating. |
| Titanium | Ti-6Al-4V and drawing-specified titanium grades by project review. | Material specification and condition, supply records, intended use and the selected partner's machining route. |
| Zinc alloys | Drawing-specified zinc alloy grades. | Confirm the exact alloy, stock or casting form, machining allowance, surface treatment and dimensional requirements. |
| Engineering plastics | PEEK, nylon/PA, POM/acetal, PTFE, PVC; other polymers by review. | Exact polymer/grade, fillers, operating temperature, chemical exposure and agreed measurement conditions. Metal-material assumptions do not automatically apply. |
Include the material standard and revision where required, grade, temper or heat-treatment condition, stock form and any chemistry/mechanical requirements. A trade name or a JIS/ASTM/EN cross-reference alone does not authorize substitution.
State whether a mill/material certificate, heat number and lot traceability must accompany the parts. For buyer-supplied stock, agree on identification, usable quantity, inspection, storage and responsibility for rejected stock or process scrap before shipment to the factory.
If the specified grade is unavailable, we return the proposed alternative and its supporting documents for buyer approval. Restricted substances, customer-specific sourcing and regulated uses must be declared at inquiry and checked against the actual supply chain.
Manufacturer and industry references explain general technical principles. They do not establish ElixirFab or partner equipment ownership, certification or brand affiliation. Project capability is confirmed against the selected factory and drawing.
