Describe the tool or component, application and any existing part number. Include a reference photo, specification or drawing revision when available.

Dimensions & connections
Provide outside / inside diameter, length and top / bottom connections, including thread designation and Pin / Box where applicable.

Material, condition & documents
Specify material, treatment, required product condition and inspection or certification documents. Open requirements can be discussed.

Required quantity
List the quantity for each item, separating samples, initial orders and repeat supply where relevant.

Destination & target date
Include the delivery country / city, target arrival date and any packaging or shipping requirements.
